The last date for registration has passed.

All Yustaga Lodge participants at the Conclave are asked to support the Lodge’s host duty obligations in some specific manner

If you do not already have an assignment, please select one of the areas below to participate in an area where you have interest or an assignment will be selected for you.

Opportunities include and individuals to contact provided

  • Service Corp
    • Off and on shifts during the event to allow for participation in events
    • will require some people to be at camp early Friday
  • Dining Hall Support –
    • ​Help with setting up and cleaning the dining hall during all meals​
    • will require to have some people at camp by 3:00pm on Friday
  • Show Support
    • ​Help the show committee with the show Friday night and Saturday night
  • Quest Events
    • ​Help with the set-up and take down of the athletic field on Saturday
  • Founders Festival Support
    • ​Help with the set-up and take down of the Founders Festival around the dining hall Saturday afternoon and evening
  • Flag Corp for all raising and lowering events
    • Friday Evening, Saturday Morning, Saturday Evening, Sunday Moring, and Sunday at Close
    • Will need to be able to be at camp by 4:00pm Friday to practice
  • Sunday Service Support
    • ​Help with the Sunday morning worship service
  • ​Hospitality/Registration
    • ​Help with registering on Friday night
    • Must be able to be at camp by 3:00 on Friday
  • ​Parking/Transportation
    • ​Help with parking cars and transporting materials throughout the week

Please plan on arriving, as early as you can on Friday and some will be asked to arrive even earlier to assure the Camp is prepared for the arriving lodges that will begin to arrive at 3:00

Dinner is provided on Friday night

The Lodge will camp in Staff area and Mohican campsites

A Lodge meeting will be held at 7:30 in the dining tents at the Dining Hall – Everyone needs to attend

Plan on a Sunday departure at 2:00 PM with the entire Lodge conducting cleanup and returning Camp to a condition that is better than we found it

Lunch will be provided at Noon

Lodge participation materials will be issued at the completion of our work around 1:30 Sunday at Henson Hall

All Lodge members serving in a specific support role will receive one limited patch with the right to purchase additional patches, as available.
